Refund Policy
At K. Weiler Enterprise LLC, we understand that travel plans can be unpredictable and circumstances often change. While we strive to be as accommodating as possible, our business relies on scheduled bookings with our property partners. Therefore, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund schedule to ensure the sustainability of our operations.
1. The 30-Day Window (Full Refund)

Timeline: Up to 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Policy: Clients are eligible for a full refund (100%) of the total booking cost, including all rental fees and cleaning fees, if the cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the first day of the stay.
2. The 7-Day Window (Partial Refund)

Timeline: Between 29 days and 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Policy: * The Cleaning Fee is non-refundable during this period as labor and scheduling have been finalized.

Clients are eligible for a 50% refund of the nightly rental rate paid.

The remaining 50% of the rental fee is retained by the Company to cover the loss of booking availability.

3. Late Cancellations (No Refund)

Timeline: Less than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Policy: Cancellations made within the 7-day period leading up to the stay, or during the stay itself, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes early departures or "no-shows."
4. Purpose and Limitations
By completing a booking with K. Weiler Enterprise LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. These limitations are in place because the properties we manage are held exclusively for your use, preventing other potential clients from booking those dates.
6. How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via contactus@kweilerent.com or through the booking platform used. The timestamp of the written request will be used to determine the applicable refund window.
7. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Because we strictly adhere to the 7-day "no refund" rule regardless of the reason for cancellation (including weather, illness, or personal emergencies), we strongly recommend that clients purchase independent travel insurance to protect their investment.
